The Challenge: As an early stage venture, Elovee’s Paul Campbell was looking to partner with a firm who was experienced, agile and with a deep network in the AI space.  Furthermore he wanted to partner with a firm who could understand and represent Elovee’s mission and values.  

Process: A-List was able to quickly execute and evolve the candidate pool as the requirements of the role evolved over time.  

Result: Elovee was able to secure key hire with the right AI/ML and data science experience combined with start-up DNA and alignment with Elovee’s mission and values.
