Retained search is best suited for executive and senior-level positions where finding the right candidate is critical for the organization’s success.
Fee Structure: Two options:
- Agreed % of total cash comp in four payments: day 0/30/60 – final on completion
- Success based Fee Agreement: Agreed % of total cash comp in four payments: first kick-off, 2nd after 3 candidates interviewed, 3rd payment after 6 candidate interviewed, final on placement
- Agreed % of total cash comp in four payments: first kick-off, 2nd long list, 3rd short list, final on placement
