We are looking for an aggressive and talented online marketing superstar to lead customer acquisition, retention, and monetization for our rapidly growing global subscription business. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and love new challenges. We are serious about changing global education, and we are marketing a ground-breaking learning product across multiple platforms in developing markets all over the world. You will be obsessed with winning and enjoy the quantitative, results-oriented nature of online marketing, but also know how to build a team and work in a highly collaborative environment. While the role also will manage brand, PR and other marketing functions, there is a heavy emphasis on performance marketing to drive profitable conversions.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing. You will be in the trenches, building/ managing a team, and creatively solving problems. A “growth hacker” with customer acquisition and funnel optimization experience.
