Greenhouse is hiring a Engineering Lead for our Customer Solutions team. Our Engineering Leads are responsible for hiring, mentoring, and retaining amazing engineers. Leads are part of key product decisions and write production code. It’s the best of both worlds: you get to code and contribute to a complex platform while helping your team do the best work of their careers.

The Customer Solutions team serves a critical role for Greenhouse: this teams works at the seams of our system to design unique technical solutions for our clients and partners. Solutions Engineers handle the technical relationships with customers and work with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer-driven features and improvements. They enhance our product by building API extensions, integration adapters, and webhooks.
